The location of the hotel was amazing and offered great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options for all tastes. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of our needs were met during our stay.
Our experience was overshadowed by the high prices of the hotel's amenities and activities. While we knew it would not be the cheapest option in the area, we were surprised by the steep prices for even basic necessities like water and snacks.

My Christmas stay at this mountain retreat was nothing short of amazing. the location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the midst of serene mountains. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips for hiking and exploring. the best aspect of my stay was the delicious food served by the hotel. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with endless options to choose from.
The lack of soundproofing in the historic house. Although the room was cozy and comfortable, the creaky floorboards and thin walls made it difficult to sleep soundly at night.

Fantastic location for exploring Hurrungane. Great routes and stunning views. Delicious food and clean accommodations. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Cozy common areas and a cool mountaineering library. Plentiful breakfast with the option to pack a lunch for hiking.
